  1. Terms and Conditions

    1. All products supplied by Orin Orun Enterprises Limited remain the property of Orin Orun Enterprises Limited until full payment has been received.
    2. Outstanding balances may attract interest at a rate of 10% per month.
    3. The purchases agrees to cover all costs invoiced in recovering the outstanding balance.
    4. By purchasing products or using our website, you agree to the policies outlined in this document.

  2. Returns and Refunds

    1. Products may be returned within seven (7) days from the invoice date.
    2. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to returned items.
    3. Returns and refunds for opened packages are subject to the approval of management.
    4. Damaged, incomplete, altered, or abused items will not be accepted for return.
    5. Opened Items cannot be returned
    6. Orin Orun Enterprises Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

  3. Warranty Policy

    1. Unless otherwise stated, products supplied by Orin Orun Enterprises Limited carry a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturer defects only.
    2. The warranty does not cover:
    3. Misuse or abuse of equipment.
    4. Electrical supply problems including blackouts, brownouts, surges, or power interruptions.
    5. Unauthorized repairs.
    6. Equipment tampering.
    7. Modification of components.
    8. Normal wear and tear.

    9. Consumable items and accessories.
      ​Examples of consumable items include:

            1. Batteries.
            2. Rechargeable batteries.
            3. Lamps and light bulbs.
            4. Printer cartridges.
            5. Drum heads.
            6. Strings.
            7. Amplifier tubes.
            8. Tape heads.
            9. Batteries are covered for sixty (60) days only.
    10. Cymbals are not covered under this warranty.
    11. Warranty claims do not provide instant replacements or loan equipment.
    12. Products must be returned within the applicable warranty period for inspection before any claim can be processed.
    13. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  4. Additional Warranty Exclusions

    1. The following are not covered under warranty:
    2. Software in any form.
    3. Data recovery from hard drives, SSDs, USB drives, memory cards, or flash storage devices.
    4. Loss of income, business interruption, lost studio time, lost wages, or consequential damages resulting from equipment failure.
    5. Damage caused by improper installation or operation.
    6. Apple products, which are covered under Apple's own warranty programs.
    7. Drums and drum hardware are covered only against manufacturer defects and not against normal wear or misuse.
    8. While we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of any product, we will make every reasonable effort to process warranty claims and repairs as quickly as possible.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    1. Orin Orun Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, failure, or inability to use any product supplied by the company.
    2. Our liability shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price at our discretion.
