Terms & Conditions

Orin Orun Enterprises Limited shall retain absolute ownership of ALL the items listed on this invoice until FULL payment is received.

10% Interest per month WILL be added unto any and all outstanding balances.

Return Policy

Items purchased can be returned within 7 days from date of invoice, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged to the client.

Returns and Refunds for Open packaged items will be at the discretion of the Management of Orin Orun Enterprises ltd.

All Damaged or incomplete items WILL NOT be accepted for return and refund.

Warranty Policy

Orin Orun Enterprises Limited offers 1 Year Warranty (unless other wise stated) on Manufacturers Defects ONLY.

Warranty does NOT cover, Misuse, Abuse, Electrical Supply issues inclusive of Blackouts, brownouts, surges and power interruptions. Unauthorized Repair, Tampering of Equipment and Modification of Components VOIDS all Warranty.

Batteries are ONLY covered for 60days.

Warranty does not provide instant or loaner replacements.

The product(s) must be returned within the Warranty Period.

All Equipment will be subjected to inspection before Warranty claims are processed. Warranty is not transferable.

We’re going to do our best to take care of you, but coverage applies only if your product malfunctions under normal operating conditions. Normal wear and tear or abuse to our products is not covered under this warranty. “Consumable” parts, components, and accessories are not covered under this warranty. Some examples of “consumables” are strings, lamps and light bulbs, printer cartridges, drum heads, tape heads, regular and rechargeable batteries, amplifier tubes, etc. Cymbals are not covered under this warranty.

What isn’t covered?

As users ourselves, we really do identify with the frustrations that arise when a piece of gear breaks down, but we have to be realistic and state that we can’t be held responsible for lost work, lost studio time, lost wages, emotional strife, or other ancillary issues that are created when a piece of equipment fails and/or during the time the equipment has been sent to us for repair. What we will do is our very, very best to get your gear back to you in working order as quickly as possible.

Are there any exclusions?

Drums and drum hardware are covered for manufacturer defects, but not for normal wear and tear or abuse.

Software, in any form, is not covered.

Data recovery from faulty hard drives, solid state drives, USB keys, and flash drives is not a service covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to Apple products; however, Apple does offer its own great warranty programs
